Account Registration & Usage

To create an account on apk5 and use our services, the following conditions must be met.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• One person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• You will be fully accountable for all activities carried out from your account.

2.2 Identity Verification

The apk5 authority reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. If the required documents (national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents) are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Account Closure

apk5 reserves the right to immediately close any account in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Violating any rule of the platform.
• Being involved in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Attempting to exploit any system error or bug.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Various bonus offers are available on apk5. The following terms must be followed when using these bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at apk5, you will receive a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, and a total of ৳2,500 will be added to your account.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the total account balance. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If wagering is not completed within the allotted time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A user cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• The apk5 authority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• The detailed terms of each bonus will be communicated at the time of the promotion, and those terms will be final.
